What we do
Mowing And Clearing
On Ground Nobody
Else Will Touch
Remote-controlled machines built for terrain that defeats conventional equipment — steep, soft, overgrown, or too far from a safe place to stand.
Services
The Ground Everyone Else Turns Down
If it’s too steep, too soft, too overgrown, or too far from a safe place to stand, it’s the work we were built for.
Hillside & Slope Mowing
Grades to 60°, wet or uneven, with no operator on the machine. Interstate overpasses, embankments and steep residential acreage.
Retention Ponds & Dam Faces
Steep banks and soft ground where wheeled equipment cannot safely hold traction. Stormwater basins and earthen dam faces.
Highway Medians & Embankments
Shoulders, gore areas and interchange slopes alongside live traffic, without putting a crew in the travel lane.
Ravines, Ditches & Channels
Drainage and erosion corridors that stay wet long after the surrounding ground has dried out.
Right-Of-Way & Easement Clearing
Utility, pipeline and access corridors kept clear on a recurring cycle. Power line and pipeline easements included.
Land Clearing With Mulching
Heavy vegetation, kudzu, brush and saplings cleared and mulched on site. Nothing hauled off, no disposal line item.
Hillside mowing
Slopes To 60°, Without A Rider
For properties with steep hills we use remote-controlled slope mowers running on wide rubber tracks. They handle grades up to 60° without difficulty.
The same machines work uneven and rough terrain, and cut down brush and saplings up to 6 inches in diameter. Material is mulched on site and spread in place rather than hauled away.
Our slope mowing service covers most of Central and Southwestern Virginia, and we travel further for larger contracts.

Safety
Why Hillside Mowing Goes Wrong
Most mowers are simply not designed for the grade of a hillside. Weight sits high, standard tires lose traction, and the machine becomes prone to rollover — which seriously injures operators and sometimes kills them.
The grade is only part of it. Hillsides hide yellow jacket nests, snakes and other hazards that nobody can inspect before they are already standing in them.
Our machines answer both problems the same way. There are no wheels — wide rubber tracks spread the load and hold traction on wet ground. And the operator never rides the machine. It is 100% remote controlled, driven from stable ground with a clear view of the work.
Capability
For contractors
We Subcontract — Your Client Stays Yours
Landscaping and site contractors bring us in on the slope they will not put a crew on. We do that portion of the work and step back off the job.
We do not solicit your customers, and we do not put our name on your contract. The relationship is yours before we arrive and after we leave.
